Terms and Conditions


I hereby authorize All Pro Hydrojetting & Pumping (All Pro) to charge the credit card I provide. Charges will appear on the statement from “All Pro Hydrojetting and Pumping”. All Pro reserves the right to add to Purchaser's account All Pro 's credit card service charges, without notice and at the sole discretion of All Pro. A $25.00 fee will be charged on any returned payment. Errors in price, extension and addition subject to correction. Customer agrees to pay late charges on past due balance of 1 1/2% per month or the maximum allowed in customer's state of residence, whichever is less, and further agrees to pay reasonable attorney's fees and costs if collections is required.

 

I agree that if I have any problems or questions regarding any charges from All Pro, I will contact All Pro’s AR Department at 760-398-0815 or email at ardepartment@iwpusa.com. I agree that I will not dispute any charges from All Pro unless I have already attempted to rectify the situation directly with All Pro and those attempts have failed. I guarantee and warrant that I am the legal cardholder for this credit card. I agree to indemnify, defend and hold All Pro harmless, against any liability pursuant to this authorization.

 

Purchaser agrees that within (10) days after receipt by applicant of any goods or services from All Pro, Applicant shall notify All Pro in writing if such goods or services are non-conforming or defective in any respect. Failure to provide such notice shall constitute a waiver of any claim relating to or arising out of such goods or services and constitute acceptances of such good or services in all respect. All prices on any invoices or statement of All Pro shall be deemed accurate if not contested by Purchaser in writing to All Pro within ten (10) days after receipt of invoice or statement. Purchaser also agrees that All Pro shall under no circumstances be liable to Purchaser for any incidental, consequential, specials or contingent damages including without limitation. Any direct or indirect lost profits regardless of whether any asserted liability is based upon breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory.
